Let's face it, babies are messy! Leaky diapers, spit up, you name it! I was constantly changing sheets because of little messes. I was always worried about the mattress getting ruined. I only had those protectors that covered only part of the mattress. This protector is wonderful. Fitted so nicely to the mattress and completely protects all areas.  Lucas gave it a nice trial the first night! He spilled his whole cup of water in his crib, while his blankets and sheet were soaked the mattress was completely dry! 

I will be buying a few more of these! 

(I was also given a pack and play mattress pad to try....I love it too! Finally something to protect the bottom of the pack and play! )

I am always looking for something to make spills and accidents less of a hassle. This vinyl mattress protector is it!  With little kids someone is always spilling something. Now I don't have to worry about my mattress getting ruined. 

 It is not noisy and rough like other mattress covers. And I love that it has bed bug and dust mite protection!

Argan Oil Hair Mask

I have horribly frizzy hair. There are not many things I have found (aside from pulling my hair up all day) that work to tame the frizz. 
I tried the Argan Oil Hair Mask as a deep conditioning mask. I washed my hair as normal, then applied a generous amount of the oil into my hair. I wrapped my hair in a towel and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then I washed my hair again. I washed it a second time because my scalp and roots still felt a little greasy. I left my hair to mostly air dry. My hair was soft, not frizzy, and looked very shiny! 

I loved that this mask is made in the USA and not animal tested! 

I am really enjoying using this product! Its a pretty large container so it should last a while!

Instanatural Deep Cleansing Facial Oil

What a great product!

I was a little worried about using oil to clean my face...oil to clean? Didn't really make sense to me, but its great!
It really does a great job of cleaning. I am a soap and water girl. Always, thought my face was clean after washing with just soap and water...I was wrong! A few squirts of the cleansing oil and a wash cloth and I was amazed! So much dirt came off my face! Crazy!
I am a believer now that just soap and water just doesn't cut it! Thanks Instanatural I am now a deep cleansing girl!

Green Coffee Bean

These Green coffee bean pills arrived at my door 1 day after I ordered! Super fast shipping!!!

My husband tried out these pills.  He said he really liked that there was no after taste, and he did not have any weird side effects. 

While he didn't personally see any weigh loss, he did say it really helped with his appetite.  He didn't eat as much as he normally would while taking the supplements.  

He took the supplements for 2 weeks at the lowest dose.  He is thinking that if he took the higher dose he may have seen weight loss...

One negative he did say what that the supplements don't smell that great, but that didn't deter him from taking them.

Derma Roller ~ Petunia Skincare

I was a little nervous to try the Derma Roller by Petunia Skincare.  Needles! Lots of Needles! 

I will admit the first time was slightly painful. But that was my fault I think. I believe I was applying too much pressure. After that, it was completely painless! 

I have to say I am impressed. My skin looks and feels great! Its so easy to use. This is such a great quality that it should last for a while! I am definitely impressed!

My face tends to get very dry, I am always on the lookout for a good moisturizer. 

Adovia Moisturizing Day Cream is wonderful. It is made of natural ingredients. It is made with dead sea minerals, aloe and chamomile. I not only use this on my face but my hands too! I am constantly washing my hands all day. This helps keep them from getting so dry.

True Sol -100% Pure Yacon Syrup

When I first opened the bottle I realized that Yacon is very thick like honey. I wasn't really sure what to expect.  The taste is similar to molasses. Its all nature and it is not sugar so it doesn't taste like a regular sweetener.

I used this instead of honey and sugar in my tea. It did not disappoint. It was just enough sweetness.

The Day Jake Lost His Breath

What an absolutely great book about asthma. I wish this book was out when Nathan was 1st diagnosed. 
This book is a very useful and extremely helpful guide on how you can manage a child with asthma.  I love how it was written so that children can understand what may trigger their asthma. 

I did read some of it with my 9 year old. I am not sure where all the talk in the beginning was needed, but once it starts touching on the asthma, thats were I started to relate.
