When I first opened the bottle I realized that Yacon is very thick like honey. I wasn't really sure what to expect. The taste is similar to molasses. Its all nature and it is not sugar so it doesn't taste like a regular sweetener.
I used this instead of honey and sugar in my tea. It did not disappoint. It was just enough sweetness.
